The iRyde Annual Pass (iRAP) is valid for one calendar year from November 15th. Those purchased before November 15th of this year (2024) will be valid from the date of purchase through November 15th of 2025.
Each pass level accrues a quarterly credit that must be used by the end of the Pass term specified. Unused credits do not roll over to the next Pass Season. Customers can access their credit balance and ride history by creating a user ID and log in password through our reservation system. You may also email, call or text us a request.
Only one pass is needed for your family or household if desired. Reservations for family or guests are booked under the passholder's account. Passengers are listed in the reservation sepratley. Passengers may still pay for the ride and does not need to be billed to the passholder. Ride spend credits can only be used or gifted by the passholder.
All rides must be booked at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.
Free rides and discounted rides are subject to our standard cancellation policy. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will be charged the full reservation amount.
If a passenger is not found after 30 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time, the ride will be considered a no-show and the full charge will apply.
The early morning/late night fee of $20 for reservations between 12am and 6am is waived for iRAP-VIP and iRAP-Elite members. This fee is applicable to iRAP-Executive members.
Wait time is billed at $1 per minute for additional stops or delays and is applicable to all pass holders.
The meet-and-greet service fee is waived for iRAP-VIP and iRAP-Elite members. This fee is applicable to iRAP-Executive members.
Free vehicle upgrades are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
The iRyde Annual Pass is non-transferable and can only be used by the registered pass holder and account. Reservations and purchases made using the pass must be made under the pass holders account. Reservations may be created for family or guests using the pass benefits as long as the booking is created by the Pass holder or authorized person.
iRyde by Wasatch Limousine reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Pass holders will be notified of any changes in advance.
Pass holders will receive a renewal reminder one month before the expiry date of their pass. Renewal is subject to the terms and conditions in effect at the time of renewal.
iRyde by Wasatch Limousine is not responsible for any personal items lost or damaged during transportation. Our liability is limited to the cost of the ride.
The iRAP-Executive level is subject to the following blackout dates:
Pass holders are responsible for the conduct and behavior of their "underage" family members and guests while using the service. Any damage to the vehicle or additional costs incurred due to the actions of the pass holder's guests will be the responsibility of the pass holder.
